Components of Beston Egg Tray Machine

Hydraulic pulper: This is the first step in processing raw materials. You need to put waste paper and 3 times the water into the beater. After the beater is started, it will be stirred for about 40 minutes, and then a uniform and fine pulp is made. The two tanks on the right of the beater in the picture are the pulp storage tank and the sewage tank.

Homogenizer(pulp beater): The uniform pulp will be transported to the homogenizer through the pipeline. In this process, impurities in the pulp will be removed. You can also add some additives such as pigments, waterproofing agents, moisture-proofing agents, etc. to the slurry tank (choose according to personal needs).

Vacuum pump and air bag: suck the pulp under the forming machine to the forming mold, and at the same time pump out the water from the egg tray on the forming mold, and recycle the pumped water to the sewage tank to form water recycling;

Water pump: The water pump pumps the excess water in the molding process into the sewage tank for subsequent production. Then the sewage pump will transport the water to the beater, which can maximize the utilization of water resources and reduce production costs.

Air compressor: blows the egg tray from the forming mold to the transfer mold, and from the transfer mold to the conveyor belt/tray; the air bag works with the air compressor to increase the blowing strength of the air compressor.
