First, you need to prepare enough waste paper and water, which are important raw materials for making egg trays. You need to put waste paper and 3 times the water into the beater, after 40 minutes of mixing, they will become uniform pulp.
The pulp will be automatically adsorbed to the mold under the action of the vacuum system. Generally, we use 24/30 egg tray molds or 6/10/12 cell egg carton molds. There are plastic molds and aluminum molds for you to choose from.
After the egg trays are formed and demolded, they still cannot be used. You need to put them in the drying system to evaporate the excess water so that they can have a tougher effect and better package egg products.

Natural drying is suitable for areas with high temperature and little rain all year round. This drying method is the most economical, but it takes a longer time and a larger floor area. When the temperature is 30 degrees, the drying time is about 6-7h; when the temperature is 38-40 degrees, the drying time is about 4-5 hours. This drying method is easily affected by the weather.
The brick drying system requires the customer to build a drying room locally. If customers choose brick drying, Beston will provide a series of supporting equipment such as conveyor belts. This drying method is not affected by the weather, and the entire drying process takes about 25 minutes. In addition, brick drying has relatively low fuel requirements. Coal, natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. can all be used to dry egg trays.
The multi-layer metal drying system has the highest degree of automation. It can not only dry time (about 20 minutes) but also dry a large number of egg trays at one time, saving a lot of time and energy. In addition, the drying room for metal drying has a double-layer design and has a good heat preservation effect, which can save part of the fuel.
